Meet the Physicians

At Accord, we believe our expert investigative staff is imperative to the success of our clinical trials. Our Principal Investigators are among the most qualified and experienced in the industry. Accord’s PIs are exceptionally knowledgeable, committed to excellence and intently dedicated.

  • Donato r. Ricci MD Donato R Ricci

    Dr. Ricci is originally from New York City where he attended and graduated from Hunter College. He went on to obtain his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 1983. His residency was completed at Mount Sinai Hospital and VA Hospital in New York City. He served his gastroenterology fellowship at Western Pennsylvania Hospital from 1986 to 1988. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
  • Gregory j. Stella MD Gregory J Stella

    Dr. Stella graduated from Princeton University and entered Johns Hopkins University for Medical School. After completing medical school, Dr. Stella interned and completed his internal medicine internship and residency at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA in 1982. He then went to Yale University where he completed a two year clinical track gastroenterology fellowship and from there entered a private practice. He is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and is the past Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Humana Hospital.  

    After completing training in Gastroenterology, Dr. Greg Stella moved to the Daytona Beach area in 1984 to practice with Gastrointestinal Associates. He has served over the years on various hospital committees at Halifax Medical Center, including as Chief of Staff and on the Medical Executive Committee and Credentials Committee.
  • Harry Moulis MD Harry Moulis

    Dr. Moulis attended medical school at the University of Miami, completed his internship and residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center and was chief resident his senior year. As a fellow in gastroenterology, he published several review articles and mastered new techniques and procedures, which he introduced to the Volusia county region. He's been practicing here since 1992. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
  • Louis m. Agnone MD Louis M Agnone

    Dr. Louis Agnone has been practicing Gastroenterology for over 20 years, and joined the Borland-Groover Clinic in 2007. He completed his Fellowship training in Gastroenterology in 1989. Dr. Agnone has been an active staff member at both Halifax Medical Center and Florida Hospital - Ormond Beach, and currently is Medical Director of the Surgery Center of Volusia and managing partner of Borland-Groover Clinic’s Port Orange office location.  

    Dr. Agnone received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his medical degree from University of South Florida. He completed a Residency in Internal Medicine & Fellowship in Gastroenterology from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and consistently receives the AMA’s Physician Recognition Award for continuing medical education.
  • Sunil p. Pasricha MD Sunil P Pasricha

    Dr. Pasricha is originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan and received his MD from Wayne State University. He completed his internship and residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan and then completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan in 1990.  

    Dr Pasricha is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and has been conducting research for many years. Prior to working as a clinical investigator for Accord, he practiced for a number of years in south-western Michigan and was assistant clinical professor, Department of Medicine, at Michigan State University.
